Reading allows knowledge to accumulate. Teaching does something different: an idea has to be explained, questioned, tested and sometimes revised. That exchange often shows me what I understand — and what I only thought I did. It is one reason I continue to teach.閱讀讓知識累積；教學則帶來另一種變化。當一個想法需要被說清楚、被追問、被試驗，有時甚至要重新修正，我也會再次看見：哪些是真的想通了，哪些只是以為自己懂。這也是我一直想教下去的原因。
The format varies. Some classes are hands-on: we set up real tools, try things and learn from what breaks. Others begin with a subject and unfold through discussion. In either case, the room is part of the class. Questions, attempts and different points of view can take it somewhere the syllabus alone could not.課堂形式不一。有些是實作課，我們會親手設定實際使用的工具，動手嘗試，也從出錯的地方慢慢找出原因；有些則由一個題目開始，從講解走進討論。無論哪一種，參與的人都不是旁觀者。問題、嘗試和不同看法，往往會把課堂帶到課綱原本沒有寫下的地方。
I teach some classes myself. Others are led by guest instructors using a syllabus I developed. They share a small-group format, room for genuine participation, and an emphasis on working through ideas rather than simply presenting them.有些課由我主講；有些由客席導師依照我設計的課綱帶領。共同點很簡單：人數不多，留有真正參與的空間，也重視一起把問題拆開來想，而不只是把簡報講完。

Every class is designed by Horris Tse — the content, the pacing, and how the hands-on parts work. Most classes he teaches himself; some runs invite a guest instructor, or are co-taught.每堂課都由 Horris Tse 設計，包括內容、節奏與實作方式。大部分課堂由他親自教授；部分場次則會邀請客席導師執教或共同授課。
